In a series of twitter posts, President Anastasiades welcomed the President of France Emmanuel Macron, the Prime Minister of Italy Giuseppe Conte, the Prime Minister of Greece Alexis Tsipras, the Prime Minister of Portugal Antonio Costa, the Prime Minister of Malta Joseph Muscat and the Foreign Minister of Spain Josep Borrell Fontelles, who arrived earlier at the “Filoxenia” Conference Center, in Nicosia, for the Southern EU Countries Summit.

“I look forward to a productive session where we will have the opportunity to continue our consultations and exchange of views on the most pressing issues of our European agenda” the President notes.
