The Bank of Cyprus does not comment on what is being said, however, executives are concerned that developments are creating a ''toxic environment'' in which impartial justice can not be guaranteed.
Speaking to Kathimerini, BoC sources said that there are several cases pending and the Court is now under unbearable pressure to decide against the Bank and its executives, in fear that otherwise it would be considered guilty of being influenced.
