Weather officials point to low barometric pressure in the area as the week continues with mostly clear skies but also afternoon clouds with a chance of rain in the north, inland, and over the mountains.
Wednesday weather is expected to be fair throughout most of the day while scattered clouds will appear at timesm with a chance of rain showers and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon, primarily inland, on the mountains, and on the northern coast.
Winds will range from weak to moderate and the sea will be relatively calm, while maximum high temperatures are expected to reach 30° Celsius inland, 28 along the coast, and 18 up on the mountains.
Evening skies will remain mostly clear, with minimum lows down to 18 degrees inland, around 19 along the coast, while it will be 10 degrees up on the mountains.
The next three days, Thursday through Saturday are expected to be mostly clear but with sporadic cloud formations over local areas, and increasing chances of showers and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon mainly over the mountains and possibly inland as well as on the northern coast.
A slight temperature drop is expected on Saturday.
