Global Finance, one of the leading international publications focused on banking and finance, has named Bank of Cyprus the Best Bank in Cyprus in its World’s Best Banks Awards 2026.
This award win recognises the significant achievements of Bank of Cyprus during 2025, which include the 25% increase in the shareholder distribution year-on-year, the expansion of the Bank’s insurance business with the acquisition of Ethniki Insurance Cyprus Ltd and the strengthening of its digital offering with the successful launch of Cyprus’ first digital housing loan.
