Bank of Cyprus was named winner of Cyprus’ Best Digital Bank at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026

Bank of Cyprus was named winner of Cyprus’ Best Digital Bank at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026. The evaluation period ran from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

This award follows breakthrough digital innovations and significant enhancements Bank of Cyprus made to its digital offering in 2025.

These included:

• Fleksy, Cyprus’ first Buy Now Pay Later service, being integrated into digital banking
• Major enhancements to Joey, the Bank’s youth banking ecosystem (for example the introduction of savings & goals and the enabling of transfers between Joeyers)
• The expansion of QuickAccount into foreign currencies (GBP & USD
• The market first Digital Housing Loan.

At the same time, the successful execution of the Bank’s digital strategy is reflected in the widespread adoption of its digital products and services, with active digital users exceeding 500,000.
