Georgiou, Iacovou & Co LLC is a private lawyers’ limited liability company, registered in Cyprus and regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association, comprising of 14 lawyers and legal consultants, operating from the firm’s offices in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos. The legal practice is wholly owned by Georgiou, Iacovou & Co., a lawyers’ limited partnership, with Panayiota E. Georgiou, as general partner and main contact in relation to KPMG Law, and Alkistie Iacovou as limited partner.
The offering of KPMG Law in Cyprus focuses primarily on the provision of legal services in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions, Structuring and Reorganisations, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Corporate Law.
