We would like to inform you that Miltos Forozidis, following his successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of Lidl Hellas and Lidl Cyprus, will hand over the presidency of the Board to Georgios Tokatlis at the end of February 2027. As of March 1, 2027, Miltos Forozidis will continue his international career within the Schwarz Group.
Georgios Tokatlis, Chief Executive Officer of Lidl Denmark, will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Lidl Hellas and Lidl Cyprus, effective March 1, 2027. Georgios Tokatlis has been with Lidl for 21 years and has served in various executive roles in Greece, while over the last 5 years he held positions of responsibility in Scandinavia, bringing extensive international experience.
