Larnaca, October 2026, Marinakis Property Developers has received two distinctions at the European Property Awards 2026–2027, with Marigate Larnaca and Sun Valley recognised in their respective residential development categories.
Marigate Larnaca received an award in the Residential High-Rise Development, Cyprus category, while Sun Valley was recognised in the Residential Development, 10–19 Units, Cyprus category. Founder Giorgos Marinou received the awards at the ceremony in London.
The recognition comes as the company approaches its 45-year milestone, adding a new achievement to a journey rooted in Larnaca and opening the way to its next chapter.
Recognised in separate categories, the two projects reflect the breadth of the company’s residential portfolio. They represent different approaches to residential development, underpinned by the company’s focus on design, construction quality and the needs of residents.
