SPL Audit (Cyprus) Ltd, in collaboration with CIM Cyprus Business School, announces the launch of the SPL x CIM: Future Leaders Programme, a new initiative supporting high-potential students through scholarship opportunities and structured career pathways.
The programme is designed for students of the UWL BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance and LLB (Hons) Law programmes, supporting their transition from academic studies into professional careers.
Scholarship support for high-achieving students
Selected students demonstrating strong academic performance may receive scholarship support of up to €5,000 for the third year of the programme, helping them advance their studies and support their future career development.
The programme is designed to reward commitment, ambition, and academic excellence, while encouraging students to pursue high-level professional careers.
Creating pathways to professional success
Beyond financial support, the SPL x CIM: Future Leaders Programme provides students with access to structured career opportunities within SPL.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join the firm under a two-year employment contract, subject to meeting the required selection criteria and completion of the recruitment process.
