We are very pleased to announce that as of 1st January 2023 Constantina Zantira has been promoted to the position of partner at our firm.
Constantina is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2011 and a graduate of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC), called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in London in 2013. She also holds an LL.M. in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick.
Constantina is a recommended litigator by the prestigious international legal directories The Legal 500 (EMEA) and Who’s Who Legal. Constantina has been named as a ‘Rising Star’ for Dispute Resolution in Cyprus in the latest editions of The Legal 500 (EMEA) and as a ‘Future Leader’ in Who’s Who Legal in its Commercial Litigation 2022 Guide. In addition, she is the first Cypriot litigator to be recommended in the Who’s Who Legal Professional Negligence 2022 Guide.
Her areas of expertise include Asset Tracing and Recovery, Cross-Border Commercial Litigation, Corporate Disputes involving Shareholder Disputes, Corporate Fraud and Asset Tracing, Banking as well as Medical Negligence, Employment, Personal Data Protection and Administrative cases.
Constantina is also a member of the Committee on Civil Procedure Rules and Reform of the Cyprus Bar Association and she was actively involved in the review process of the new Civil Procedure Rules which will enter into force in September 2023.
