Hellenic Healthcare Group has completed its acquisition of Aretaeio Medical Center Ltd. According to the press release, HHC is continuing to carry out its investment strategy in Cyprus, which began a year ago with the acquisition of Apolloneio Private Hospital.
Aretaeio was opened in 2006 and is a leading private hospital in Cyprus. It has state-of-the-art facilities with 70 patient beds and 4 large operating rooms all of which are fully equipped and useable on a 24-hour basis.
Hellenic Healthcare Group is the largest private healthcare group in Greece and was established in 2018.
