A new hotel chain is coming to town in Larnaca to cater to guests and business travelers who need comfort and ease of mind for an extended period of time.
Executive Residency by Best Western will join the ranks along with other newcomers to Larnaca’s evolving hotel industry, with properties geared towards comfort and flexibility-driven customers.
According to Reporter, the process of obtaining necessary permits has reached the stage where local authorities are reviewing the projects named ‘Executive Residences by Best Western’ and ‘Marina’ by Quality Group, which will be managed by SunnySeeker Hotels.

The CEO of SunnySeeker Hotels, Marios Polyviou, said the work will commence as soon as all licences are obtained. The actual hotel is scheduled to be built between Zenon Kitieos Street and the Phinikoudes beachfront, while the Marina project will be on Makariou Avenue.
The Executive Residency is an upper-midscale to upscale hotel with flexible spaces, stylish design, and brand signature elements that aim to create an enriching extended stay experience for guests, including those who may be repeat customers.

Larnaca has also been the target of another well known hotel chain, with Radisson hotels popping up including Radisson Blu last year and the Radisson Beach Resort which opens later this year.
According to previous business reports, the Executive Residency could be up and running in 2020.
