The Council of Ministers met this morning, led by President of the Republic, Nicos Anastasiades, and decided to begin the process of revoking the citizenships of three investors and seven of their dependents based on an investigation by the Interior Ministry's services.
A total of 60 investors and 159 of their dependents have had their citizenship revoked by the Council of Ministers since October 2021. Six people who had their travel documents revoked have also had their citizenship stripped in addition to the cases mentioned above.
