Cyprus airways: Flights to Paris and Rome begin (schedule)

More opportunities for Cypriots to travel to Europe and beyond

Source: Announcements

Cyprus Airways announced today that it will begin three weekly flights to Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris on December 16 and two weekly flights to Fiumicino Airport in Rome on December 20.

"We are pleased to announce two major routes to major European cities today. Inbound tourism and business travel to Cyprus are served by both Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris and Fiumicino Airport in Rome. They are also important hubs with multiple international connections, increasing Cyprus's connectivity to various other markets," said Paul Sies, the airline's CEO.

"This announcement is also good news for Cypriots, who will now have more opportunities to travel to Europe and beyond. This decision is consistent with the growth strategy we announced earlier this year, and we remain committed to expanding the network and flight frequencies to other major European airports for the benefit of Cyprus and its tourism industry," Mr. Sies added.
