Press Release
The ipH Iakovos Photiades Group of Companies has opened the 11th store of its foodhaus chain — and its first location in Paralimni — marking the brand’s expansion into every city across Cyprus.
With the new opening, foodhaus now serves food lovers throughout the island, strengthening its nationwide presence and bringing its range of products closer to both residents and visitors in the free Famagusta district.
The Paralimni store is designed to meet the needs of permanent residents as well as the thousands of visitors who flock to the area each year, offering convenient solutions for holiday homes, family gatherings, summer barbecues and quick, high-quality meals.
A journey that began in Nicosia
foodhaus first launched in 2011 in Nicosia as the ipH group’s specialized frozen food retail concept. The ipH Iakovos Photiades Group has been active in the food sector since 1981, focusing on the import, repackaging, distribution and promotion of products for both retail and catering markets.
Today, foodhaus operates 11 stores across Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and now Paralimni, offering a wide selection of frozen, fresh and dry products sourced from around the world. With an emphasis on quality and variety, the chain aims to cover everything from everyday meals to special occasions.
Customers can also shop online through http://www.foodhaus.com, with delivery available in as little as 40 minutes.
Products and in-store experience
Visitors to the new Paralimni store will find premium fresh meat cuts, including Wagyu and Black Angus, alongside a broad selection of frozen fish, shrimp and shellfish. The store also features fresh marinated meats and seafood, everyday convenience items such as frozen vegetables, burgers, fries and fresh Italian pizzas, as well as international cuisine options including gyoza, spring rolls and bao buns.
A standout feature is the Big Green Egg corner, showcasing the popular Kamado grill along with a full range of accessories for authentic barbecue experiences.
The store also includes A Kxoffee Project, a dedicated coffee space offering specialty coffee sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica, paired with freshly baked goods.
