Stelios Yiannaki - Principal and Board of Directors Member
Stelios Yiannaki has been appointed as a Principal in the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department. Since joining us in 2017, Stelios has amassed over 10 years of experience in assurance services, business valuation, and risk management consulting across various industries, notably the financial services and technology sectors. He has extensive expertise with Cyprus Investment Firms and Electronic Money Institutions regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, among others. Stelios holds a BSc (Hons) in Public and Business Administration from the University of Cyprus and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA).
George Panayiotou - Principal and Board of Directors Member
George Panayiotou takes on the role of Principal in the Direct & Indirect Tax Department. Since joining us in 2021, George has brought over a decade of experience from his previous role at a reputable firm. He specializes in taxation matters for clients across a variety of industries and jurisdictions, including financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, real estate, and technology. George holds a BA in Accounting & Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Maria Xenofontos - Senior Manager and Board of Management Member
Maria Xenofontos has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance Department. Maria, who joined us in 2014, provides audit and assurance services to a diverse range of local and international companies. She has in-depth knowledge of Cyprus income tax legislation and extensive expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards and auditing standards. Maria holds a BSc (Hons) in Public and Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Cyprus and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a member of ICPAC.
