Cloud9 at ARARAT-The Signature Collection welcomes Jacob Jan Boerma, the awarded 3-Michelin-starred chef from the Netherlands, for an exclusive two-month guest chef residency. For his residency, Chef Boerma will present two fine dining set menus: his first menu in July and his second menu in August, reflecting Cloud9’s ever-evolving culinary concept, where each guest chef creates a new menu every month.
Inspired by the ingredients, products and seasonality of Cyprus, Chef Boerma uses the island’s local character as the foundation for his dishes. His cooking style is deeply connected to seasonality, acidity, spices and herbs.
The Cloud9 experience is based on a fine dining set menu, with a vegetarian menu available upon request.
Reservations are now open for Jacob Jan Boerma’s July and August menus at Cloud9, ARARAT.
