Police in Limassol were called into action early Monday morning following a tip-off about the discovery of vital organs on Aneksartisia Street.
The organs were found inside a bag on the pavement by a passerby, who immediately notified the authorities.
According to reports from RIK, the organs appear to be lungs.
Authorities are currently conducting tests to determine whether the organs are of human or animal origin.
