AC/DC unveils 'Power Up' European tour

Legendary rockers announce highly-anticipated dates after four years, tickets on sale February 16th

Iconic rock band AC/DC is set to electrify Europe this summer with their highly anticipated POWER UP tour, featuring two nights at Wembley Stadium in England.

Angus Young, Brian Johnson, and Stevie Young will be joined by Matt Laug on drums (substituting for Phil Rudd) and Chris Chaney on bass (filling in for Cliff Williams) for the tour. The announcement comes four years after the release of their 17th studio album, "Power Up."

The European tour kicks off on May 17 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, where the rock legends will perform nine of the 21 scheduled dates. The tour also includes stops in Ireland, Belgium, and Dublin's Croke Park on August 17, marking the band's first tour since 2016.

Fans expressed their excitement on social media, with one stating, "Didn’t think this day would ever come. Very exciting. Probably the last (European) AC/DC tour. This is going to be awesome!"

AC/DC's official X account shared the tour dates, expressing their thrill: "We are thrilled to finally announce the 'POWER UP' European Tour. We can't wait to see you out there."
