Formal complaint filed against manager; authorities investigating


A formal complaint has been lodged with the authorities concerning an alleged case of assault and workplace bullying involving a public sector manager and an employee.

The complainant claims to have been subjected to both verbal and physical abuse by the supervisor, prompting him to file a formal complaint at the Central Police Station several days ago.

According to reports, authorities are actively investigating the allegations, which include charges of assault, threats, and workplace bullying. The Chief of Police has directed the Headquarters to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. The complainant has already provided a detailed account to the police.

The Public Administration and Civil Service Workers' Union (PASYDY) has refrained from offering comments on the matter pending the outcome of the investigation.
