Apollon Limassol centre-back Vahid Selimovic was involved in a car accident on Friday on the Nicosia-Limassol highway which caused one vehicle to overturn.
Reports say the Luxembourgian football professional was transferred to a private clinic for treatment, but he did not suffer any major injuries from the crash.
Video footage from the scene of the crash, which was in the Choirokitia area of the Nicosia-Limassol highway, shows that the collision caused one vehicle to overturn, though it is unclear whether the overturned vehicle belonged to Selimovic.
