The Green Agenda Cyprus Summit, the largest conference on sustainable development, returns to Nicosia on June 4, 2026, under the central theme “Transition as a responsibility (not a trend),” bringing to the stage leading figures from the fields of sustainability and innovation. Among this year’s speakers is Demetris Tsiakkis, Head of Business Development and Strategy at Altia.

At the Green Agenda Cyprus Summit, Tsiakkis will address the role and responsibility of Cyprus’ second-largest private property owners in shaping a more sustainable and balanced real estate market. He will outline the key challenges facing the sector and explain how Cyprus can continue to develop in a way that is more modern, resilient, and focused on long-term quality of life. He will also examine how the real estate sector in Cyprus is evolving as sustainability becomes a central priority for the industry.
