Epic presents the EPIC STREET FEST XMAS EDITION 2025, the most EPIC Christmas street festival of the year!
This year, Nicosia is set to experience holiday magic like never before. Right where the city pulses with festive energy, the EPIC STREET FEST XMAS EDITION 2025 is gearing up to shake things up.
On Saturday, December 20, Spyridakis Square – 360° Tower on Makarios Avenue will transform from 3:00 p.m. until the early morning hours into a sprawling Christmas landscape bursting with energy, street vibes, and nonstop entertainment.
Setting the soundtrack is DEEJAY RADIO 93.5, bringing the biggest international hits of 2025, and plenty of festive madness!
Nicosia becomes the ultimate destination for anyone looking to indulge in great food, cocktails, beers, warm drinks, and unique holiday happenings.

This year’s EPIC STREET FEST XMAS EDITION once again carries a strong charitable mission: all net proceeds from booth rentals, as well as all income from the Charity Steak Sandwiches booth, will be donated to the Nicosia Multidisciplinary Centre.
Ingredients for the steak sandwiches are generously provided by FOODHAUS, while grills and equipment are supplied by BELLAGIO, ensuring top quality and flavor.
