Nikos Christodoulidis, the newly elected President of the Republic, has already begun receiving congratulations for his victory in the second round of presidential elections.
KYPE has been informed that plans are being made to communicate with French President Emmanuel Macron. Archbishop George, the Primate of the Church of Cyprus, President Aleksandar Vucic of Serbia, President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola, Speaker of the Parliament Annita Dimitriou, and former President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos have all contacted and congratulated Mr. Christodoulidis.
According to KYPE, communication with the President of the Hellenic Republic, Katerina Sakelaropoulou, is expected.
