The Green Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026, held under the theme Transition as a Responsibility (Not a Trend) on June 4 at Hilton Nicosia, is now available on the DOOS Streaming Cyprus YouTube channel.
Viewers can watch all the speeches and discussions from a conference that placed some of the most pressing environmental and sustainable development challenges in the spotlight. These included Cyprus’ energy security, natural disasters and wildfires, emerging risks for insurance companies, nature-based experiential tourism, desalination and the role of urban planning in protecting cities from extreme heat.
The conference brought together distinguished speakers from Cyprus and abroad, including John Josephakis of NVIDIA, internationally renowned futurist Amelia Kallman, Kostas Bakoyannis, Abdulrahman Al Baker of the Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), as well as Annita Zachou, Bora Markovic and Yonadav Buber.
