Jazeera Airways, one of the leading low-cost carriers in the Middle East, announced the resumption of direct flights from Larnaca to Kuwait, which took place on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
Flights will operate three times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, offering direct connectivity between Cyprus and Kuwait, as well as easy access to Jazeera Airways’ extensive network in the Middle East. Jazeera Airways flies to more than 60 destinations across the Middle East, Central and South Asia, Africa and Europe.
The resumption of flights was celebrated with a special event on June 19 at the "Palia Ilektriki" cultural venue in Nicosia including travel agents, journalists, and professionals from the tourism industry.
Yana Waziry, Head of Sales at Jazeera Airways gave a presentation about the airline’s routes, products and services which drive connectivity, affordability, and a positive customer experience.
Paul Carroll, Chief Commercial Officer highlighted, “We’re pleased to resume our direct service between Larnaca and Kuwait, which has proven popular with both leisure and visiting friends and relatives (VFR) traffic. This route not only reconnects Cyprus with Kuwait but also offers onward access to our wider network spanning the Middle East, Asia, and Africa—all with the convenience and value that Jazeera Airways is known for."
