British High Commission in Nicosia say run away girl found safe and sound

An 11-year-old British girl, Phoebe Collorick, has been found after she was reported missing in Ayios Epiktitos/Catalkoy in the northern part of Cyprus.

Phoebe was last seen at 6:40pm on Tuesday 26 June, wearing black jeans, a black hoodie with a white logo, and black and white check shoes.

The British High Commission in Nicosia posted on Facebook that the girl was found and in good health.

“Thank you to everyone who helped to share our request for any information about a missing British child earlier today. We are pleased to confirm that the child has now been found safe and sound.”

Phoebe previously abandoned her home in Stroud back in May and was found in London, according to a post her dad wrote on social media.

Reports said that she had left of her own volition the first time, but no details were made known about her latest adventure in Cyprus.

Previously, the British High Commission posted Phoebe’s photo on Facebook, asking anyone with information about her possible whereabouts to contact them.
