A new “charge” was brought today by the “prosecutor” against the Greek Cypriot couple at the “district court” in occupied Trikomo.

According to reports from the occupied areas, in addition to the existing “charge” of “violation of personal data” faced by the two Greek Cypriots, the “prosecutor” of the case, who had previously announced his intention, added to the “indictment” the “offense” of “violation of the law on the protection of private life and private space.”

The two Greek Cypriots did not accept either the new or the previous “charge.”

The “prosecutor” claimed in “court” that, through the secretary of the real estate company Royal, Altan Uzunoglu, the two Greek Cypriots had illegally obtained property data and chronological transfer records belonging to four individuals and two companies regarding their properties.

The next “hearing” was scheduled for this coming Friday, October 24, at 10 a.m., and three individuals, one uniformed “policeman” and two in “civilian” clothing, are expected to appear in “court.”
