Temperatures will rise significantly from Saturday, April 2nd, with the mercury climbing over 30 degrees.
According to Panagiotis Liggis at the Department of Meteorology, the temperature on Saturday is expected to rise above 30 degrees, however, it will drop yet again on Sunday.

A high-pressure system in the area will bring about generally comfortable and clear weather conditions. There will be sparse dust in the atmosphere, with concentrations increasing at times in certain areas.
In the afternoon the weather will be mostly clear.
Tonight, there will be intermittent high clouds, while in the early morning hours there may be some low-hanging clouds or light fog on the east coast.
Tomorrow temporary increasing high clouds. The winds will blow mainly northeast to southeast. The sea will be calm to slightly turbulent and temperatures will rise to around 24 degrees inland, around 22 on the coast and around 15 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Friday the weather will be mostly cloudy with high clouds. On Saturday temporary increasing cloudiness will give way to mostly clear skies. On Sunday the weather will be mostly clear.
The temperature will rise significantly up until Saturday and decrease again on Sunday, but well above average for this time of year.
The height of the snow in Troodos Square, at the time of issuance of the bulletin, was 27 cm.
