The Cap St George Hotel is excited to announce the launch of its Culinary Stars 2025 events with an extraordinary experience. On Friday, January 24, and Saturday, January 25, the hotel will host Chef Daniele Lippi, a culinary virtuoso awarded two Michelin stars.
Born in 1990, Chef Lippi honed his craft over nine years at Il Convivio, where he rose to Head Chef in 2015. His career spans some of the world's most prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, including Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris, Piazza Duomo in Alba, Alinea in Chicago, and Lasarte in Spain.
Today, as Head Chef at Ristorante Acquolina in Rome, Chef Lippi has achieved two Michelin stars, dazzling diners with his innovative Mediterranean creations. His unique culinary approach seamlessly blends meat and seafood into dishes that are as visually striking as they are delicious.
