Alpha Bank Cyprus is taking another significant step in its digital transformation journey, further strengthening its customer-centric operating model through a new strategic investment that upgrades the way it serves, communicates with, and responds to the needs of its Customers.
As of 30 April 2026, the Bank has fully implemented the new Salesforce FSC - Financial Services Cloud system, leveraging one of the world’s leading CRM platforms. Through this collaboration, Alpha Bank Cyprus is enhancing its access to advanced expertise and modern tools that significantly strengthen its momentum and expand its capabilities within an increasingly competitive environment. This collaboration is of particular strategic importance, supporting Alpha Bank Cyprus’ vision of a modern, fully customer-centric Bank that delivers more personalised services, greater responsiveness, and a more consistent service experience.
The new infrastructure actively supports Alpha Bank Cyprus’ strategic direction towards operating with greater speed, improved use of data, and a clearer focus on Customers’ real needs. The investment reflects a broader evolution in the Bank’s operations, aimed at stronger Customer relationships, more efficient processes, and higher quality of service across every point of contact.
Through Salesforce FSC, Alpha Bank Cyprus gains a holistic 360° view of the Customer, enhances personalised and data-driven service, and leverages advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence tools. In practice, this translates into faster service, fewer steps and delays, more direct communication, and a more consistent quality of experience across all channels or points of contact with the Bank.
During the first phase of deployment, the new platform will be available in the Branch Network and the Call Center, enhancing the ability of front-line teams to respond with greater accuracy, completeness, and immediacy.
The investment also marks a significant shift in the Bank’s operating model. It represents a transition from simply adopting a new tool to embracing a more modern way of working, where a shared view of the Customer within the Bank, improved information flow, collaboration between teams, and reduced manual processes enhance efficiency and allow the Bank to focus on delivering real value.
