Alphamega Hypermarkets started operating a new store in the Ayia Napa Marina, whose commercial zone was recently opened to the public.
The Alphamega Convenience Store, which covers an area of 120sqm and is perfectly in line with the architectural style of the marina, opened its doors to the public a few days ago. This is the franchise’s first store in the free Famagusta area.
The store will cover the needs of locals and visitors alike, as it comes to essential items. At the same time, it will serve the needs of the vessels, crew members and tourists, as it will remain open until late at night. More specifically, it will be open daily from 8:00 to 22:00, while on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays it will remain open until 23:00. The Alphamega Convenience Store will also offer delivery and online ordering services.
This is the 17th store opened by Alphamega Supermarkets, which - in the midst of a pandemic - continues to expand its network of physical stores, while also investing in e-commerce.
In statements, the CEO of Alphamega Hypermarket, Mr George Theodotou, pointed out that "amid a difficult and challenging period, due to the pandemic, Alphamega Hypermarkets continues to expand and create new jobs, making a significant contribution to efforts to support the Cyprus economy. The driving force behind our continuous development and evolution, is our unwavering goal to provide our customers with quality services of ever higher standards".
