Police say explosive device was placed outside entrance of insurance company in Nicosia

A bomb went off on Thursday morning outside the building of an insurance company, while no major damages were reported.
According to local media, an explosion took place early Thursday morning around 1:50am outside the building of Minerva Insurance on Athalassa Avenue in Nicosia.
Police officers and members of the bomb squad rushed to the scene where it was determined that an explosive device placed outside the entrance of the building had gone off.
No major damages were reported.
