Yesterday was 37°C, today is a sizzling 36°C. That’s right, a whole degree cooler! So yes, write home to momma: “Dear Mom, it’s hot. It was hot yesterday. It will be hot tomorrow. Send ice cubes.”
Meteorologists confirm: the weather is basically the same, but we’ve got to write something. Expect the skies to stay mostly clear, with the occasional low cloud trying to sneak in for some drama. Winds will do their usual dance from southwest to northwest, starting chill (3–4 Beaufort) and leveling up to “hair-messy” (4–5 Beaufort) later. The sea will be slightly rough, like your uncle after three coffees, turning locally rough in the afternoon.
Temperatures:
36°C inland (bring water, and maybe a fan that screams)
31°C west coast (cooler, but don’t be fooled)
33°C elsewhere (still hot enough to bake a cookie on the sidewalk)
29°C in the mountains (mountain goats are smug about it)
Tonight, the skies will stay clear, with some low clouds lurking like nosy neighbors. Winds calm down a bit, and temps dip to a refreshing 23°C inland/coasts, and 19°C up high.
As for the weekend? Expect the same sunny monotony, with a few clouds trying to photobomb the blue sky. Temps? Same. Excitement level? Debatable.
