The President of the Republic, Mr Nikos Christodoulides, exercising the powers granted to him by the Constitution, has decided to proceed with the following changes to the composition of the members of the Government:
Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Ms Evanthia Tsolaki
Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Mr Christos Senekis
Deputy Minister of Social Welfare, Ms Tina Pavlou
Deputy Minister of Culture, Ms Klea Papaellina
The President of the Republic has also decided on the following appointments:
Commissioner for the Environment and Animal Welfare, Mr Elias Myrianthous
Commissioner for Administration (Ombudsman), Ms Irene Poyiatzi
Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, Mr Panayiotis Palates
The swearing-in ceremony and the appointments will take place on Thursday, 6 August 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Presidential Palace.
