Disy President holds meeting with Greek FM in Athens

Cyprob, Turkish provocations, and international developments were among the topics of discussion

In an official visit to Athens President of ruling party Disy Averof Neophytou met with the Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias on Tuesday.

According to a Disy announcement, Neophytou and Dendias tackled matters including ways forward for the Cyprus problem, Turkish provocations in the Cyprus EEZ and the fenced-off town of Varosha, as well as on the level of Greek-Turkish relations, and international developments.

“Neophytou and Dendias reaffirmed that both Greece and Cyprus will continue advocating for the enforcement of international law to tackle Turkish provocations,” the announcement stated.
