Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026 has announced two more speakers for this year’s event: Balazs (JB) Rooz, former regional CEO of Bentley Motors Europe, and Maya Rooz, an executive coach, adviser, keynote speaker, and author.
Balazs Rooz has held senior leadership roles at Bentley Motors Europe, Jaguar Land Rover and Saab Automobile. His career in the international automotive industry has focused on strategy, leadership, and business growth.
He is now the founder of True Bearing Advisory, where he draws on his experience leading international organizations to advise executives and businesses on strategy, leadership, and growth.
Joining him on stage will be Maya Rooz, who has more than 15 years of experience in the international automotive industry. Her previous roles include chief of staff to the chief marketing officer at Jaguar Land Rover, where she worked across strategy, marketing, and leadership.
Today, as an executive coach, adviser, keynote speaker, and author, she works with executives and organizations navigating leadership and change.
Together, the two speakers will bring different but complementary views to the summit’s discussion of how organizations and their leaders are adapting. Their experience spans the management of major international brands, strategic growth, and the human side of change in an industry that has long been at the center of technological and business transformation.
This year’s summit theme is “AI Wars – Challenging the Balance of Power: Life, Work, Country, Region.” The event will examine the forces shaping a new technological and geopolitical landscape. As governments and technology companies invest billions in artificial intelligence, the race to lead its development has implications for jobs, the economy, innovation, and national security.
Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026 will take place on October 14 at Nicosia Municipal Theatre. Ticket presales are underway at www.agenda.cy. More speakers will be announced.
The summit is presented by the Bank of Cyprus and Cyta, with support from JCC Payment Systems, LLPO Law Firm, EY Cyprus, Sepaga, Ascentium Fiduciary, and Google. BMW, represented by the Pilakoutas Group, is the event’s safe-driving partner.
Participating organizations include the University of Nicosia, European University Cyprus, University of Limassol, Frederick University, and the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics. The Alpha Stage innovation stage is supported by XM and Invest Cyprus.
The event is held under the auspices of the Cyprus Presidency and Nicosia Municipality. It is organized by Kathimerini, V+O and SPP Media Events.
