The prices of fuel in Cyprus are continuously increasing, putting a financial burden on many Cypriot citizens. Last week, the Representative of the Pan-Cyprian Consumer Association, Marios Drousiotis, estimated that there will be another increase of 2-3 cents in prices within days.
The newspaper "K" has published a list of the cheapest gas stations across the country, based on data from the Retail Price Observatory published on the Consumer Protection Service website.
Specifically, the average selling price of unleaded gasoline 95 is €1.501 per liter, with the cheapest price found at €1.423 per liter and the most expensive at €1.564. As for unleaded 98, the average selling price is €1.564 per liter, with the cheapest at €1.487 and the most expensive at €1.658. The average price of diesel is €1.530 per liter, with the cheapest at €1.434 and the most expensive at €1.596.
