Mohamed Rashid bin Taliah to speak at Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026

Another prominent speaker is joining the Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026. H.E. Mohamed Rashid bin Taliah, the United Arab Emirates’ assistant minister of Cabinet affairs for Government Experience Exchange, will take part in this year’s event.

Since 2017, bin Taliah has played a leading role in the UAE government’s public services agenda, focusing on digital transformation, innovation, and designing services around people’s needs.

In that role, he has helped bring GovTech and artificial intelligence into different areas of public service, with the aim of making services more effective and modern for residents.

He has also led major national initiatives, including the Zero Bureaucracy Programme, the Global Star Rating Programme, and the Services 2.0 Model. These initiatives seek to rethink how public services are designed and delivered, both in person and online.

His participation is expected to bring an international perspective to the summit’s discussions on digital government, AI and the future of public services.

Drawing on his experience transforming government services in the UAE, bin Taliah will share his insights and perspective on how technology can change the way governments work and how people experience public services in their daily lives.

Under the theme “AI Wars – Challenging the Balance of Power: Life, Work, Country, Region,” the Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026 will examine the forces shaping a new geopolitical and technological reality.

As governments and technology giants invest billions to lead the AI revolution, a new contest for power is unfolding, with consequences for jobs, the economy, innovation and national security.

The Digital Agenda Cyprus Summit 2026 will take place Oct. 14 at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre.
