The case involving the closure of Nammos Beach restaurant on the island of Mykonos is nearing its conclusion as the Syros Town Planning Authority has certified the company's compliance with the Environment Ministry's request to demolish its illegal structures. This development paves the way for the reopening of the previously sealed-off site.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the Principote Club's application to have its sealing order lifted was heard in Syros. However, reaching a decision in this case is considered more complicated.
In ongoing efforts to address illegal structures on Mykonos, authorities have conducted checks, leading to the arrest of 10 individuals on Thursday for the unauthorized expansion of a taverna in the Agios Stefanos area.
Currently, there are five pending findings from environmental inspectors regarding businesses on the island, including the remaining aspects of Nammos.
