Lidl Cyprus announces the international development of Nicoletta Kolombourda, who will assume the duties of Chief People Officer in Lidl Germany, the group’s largest market worldwide, as of March 1.

Sofia Ouzounidou will take over the position of Chief People Officer for Lidl Hellas and Lidl Cyprus temporarily. With more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, holding positions of increased responsibility and having a people-centered orientation, Sofia Ouzounidou will ensure a seamless transition, maintaining the stability and dynamic growth of the company’s ongoing people initiatives.
