Vulnerable families across Cyprus will receive much-needed support this Easter thanks to a €3,000 donation from the Charalambos & Elena Pattihis Foundation to the Pancyprian Coordinating Council for Volunteering (PCCV).
The contribution, made in the form of shopping vouchers, will go toward the PCCV’s "Adopt a Family for Easter" campaign, which provides assistance to struggling households during the holiday season.
Charalambos Pattihis, president of the foundation, personally handed over the donation to PCCV President Elias Dimitriou during a brief ceremony at the Takis Pattihis Museum of Industrial Pharmacy in Limassol. The museum, founded in 2022 by the Pattihis Foundation, served as a symbolic backdrop for the occasion.
Dimitriou expressed his gratitude for the continued support, noting that the donation will be used to aid families through PCCV’s member organizations and volunteer councils across all districts.
“This contribution is another example of the Foundation’s commitment to helping those in need,” Dimitriou said. “It will make a real difference to many families this Easter.”
The Pattihis Foundation has a long-standing history of philanthropic work in Cyprus, with a focus on health, education, and community support.
