President Nicos Anastasiades will be addressing the nation anew on Thursday at 6.15pm.
Anastasiades, who will be issuing his fourth national address since coronavirus broke out on the island on March 9, is expected to urge the public once again to abide by government decrees in force and to remain indoors over the Greek Orthodox Easter.

A decree issued by Health Minister Constantinos Ioannou stated that bakeries and confectioneries are to open as normal on Easter Monday, April 19, but not on Easter Sunday, April 19.
