Today's weather promises a mix of conditions, keeping residents and travelers on their toes. According to the Meteorological Service, isolated showers and the possibility of brief thunderstorms are anticipated, primarily in mountainous regions, the interior, and the northeast.

The day will begin with occasional cloud cover, which may result in isolated rain showers in the northeast. As the day progresses, thickening clouds are expected to bring isolated rain showers and the potential for brief thunderstorms, especially in mountainous areas, the interior, and the northeast. Winds will initially be variable and light at 3 Beaufort, later becoming mainly southwesterly to northwesterly at 3 to 4 Beaufort. Sea conditions will range from calm to slightly choppy.

Temperatures will reach around 30 degrees Celsius in the interior, approximately 29 degrees along the coast, and about 20 degrees in the higher mountainous regions.

Tonight, the weather will be mainly clear, although sporadic increased cloudiness may be observed along the northern coasts. Winds will gradually become predominantly northwesterly to northeast at a gentle 2 to 3 Beaufort, and the sea will remain calm to slightly choppy. Temperatures will drop to around 18 degrees in the interior, approximately 19 degrees along the coast, and about 11 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.

Looking ahead to Wednesday, the afternoon and evening may bring increased cloudiness, potentially leading to localized rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. Thursday and Friday are expected to start mostly sunny, with cloudiness developing during the midday and afternoon hours, which may result in isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, primarily in mountainous regions.

Overall, temperatures are not expected to undergo significant fluctuations and will remain close to average climatic values. Stay tuned for further updates as the week progresses.
