Gunmen stormed a private establishment in Limassol, Cyprus, resembling scenes from a movie, according to police reports Wednesday night. The incident unfolded around 9:30 p.m. at a seaside area in Agios Georgios Alamanos.

Christos Andreou, Police Spokesperson, informed State Radio that four armed and hooded assailants invaded the venue where 30 foreigners were present. Witnesses recounted that the perpetrators brandished rifles, shotguns, and pistols upon entry, firing shots into the air and forcing patrons to lie on the ground. Subsequently, they bound the individuals with cables and robbed them of wallets, phones, and car keys.

Authorities promptly secured the scene and launched investigations to track down the culprits. Eyewitnesses mentioned the assailants spoke Russian. Near the crime scene, a bag belonging to one of the partygoers was found, slated for forensic examination.

Two individuals sustained injuries while attempting to resist the robbery, seemingly from blows inflicted by the gunmen's weapons.

It's worth noting that the targeted establishment formerly operated as a tavern.
