Education Ministry orders suspension of selected primary, pre-primary and secondary schools.

Several schools in the Limassol district will not open on Tuesday after the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth decided to introduce precautionary measures.
According to the ministry, primary and pre-primary schools in Akrotiri, Asomatos, Episkopi and Trachoni will suspend operations for the day. Secondary general education schools in Episkopi and Trachoni are also included in the closure.
Officials said the step is purely preventive and affects all members of the school communities involved, including students, teachers and other staff.
