A low pressure system is affecting areas over Cyprus, with clouds over the mountains but no chances of rain in the forecast for the rest of the week.

Thursday skies will be mostly clear while increasing clouds over local areas are expected later in the afternoon.
Maximum highs are expected to reach 38° Celsius inland, around 31 on the west coast, 34 in all other coastal regions, while it will be 30 in the mountains.
Evening weather is expected to remain mostly clear, with thin fog and low clouds possibly forming in the early morning hours. Minimum lows will drop to 21 degrees inland and along the coast, while it will be around 17 in the mountains.
A similar weather pattern is expected for Friday and the weekend, with misty mornings while scattered afternoon clouds over the mountains could also reach inland.
Temperature will climb slightly upwards on Saturday until it reaches Sunday just slightly above normal averages for this time of year.
