Travelers at Cyprus’ main airports should brace for delays tomorrow as a three-hour strike is expected to affect more than 50 flights at Larnaca and Paphos airports.

Hermes Airports confirmed the strike will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, impacting over 15,000 passengers.

A spokesperson for Hermes said airlines are currently rescheduling affected flights and will notify passengers directly. “Passengers are advised to contact their airline, travel agent, or ground handling company to confirm the new departure or arrival time,” the spokesperson said.

Updated information will also be posted on the Hermes Airports website at http://www.hermesairports.com once the rescheduling process is complete.

Travelers planning to fly during the strike window are urged to check with their airline ahead of time to avoid surprises.
