A visionary in Belgian cuisine, Hardiquest’s career has been shaped by his dedication to excellence, earning him prestigious recognition, including a Michelin star at his former restaurant, Bon Bon.

Now leading Menssa, his latest Michelin-starred venture, Hardiquest is known for his refined yet authentic approach to Belgian gastronomy, blending classic flavours with contemporary techniques. Sky Stars Culinary Events 2025

The 2025 Sky Stars Culinary Events at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort continue the tradition of hosting some of the world’s most celebrated chefs, each with 1 to 3 Michelin stars. This exclusive series of dinners showcases the finest in gastronomy, offering guests a unique opportunity to experience innovative flavours and exceptional craftsmanship in an extraordinary setting.

The year began with Chef Daniele Lippi with 2 Michelin stars in January, setting the stage for an exciting lineup of international culinary talent. In February, the resort welcomed Chef Nick Honeyman with 1 Michelin star further adding to the year’s diverse gastronomic offerings.
