According to Yeni Bakis, the person who claimed to have bought three hotels in Varosha submitted an application to the "real estate committee" yesterday. The newspaper, which first reported on this story last Friday, published the relevant document submitted by the Turkish Cypriot businessman today, under the headline "An application has been made to the real estate committee." The document, submitted based on "law" 13/2008, lists the addresses of the properties but with the owners' names crossed out.

Yeni Bakis also reminds readers that the three hotels in question are Cleo, Golden Seaside, and Aegean, as well as two floors of an apartment building. The Turkish Cypriot businessman has stated that if there are no obstacles, he plans to start accepting reservations for these hotels for 2025 in two months.
